THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
As the Director of Government Compliance, you will play a critical role in implementing government compliance programs while reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. In addition, you will be responsible for the complete review of government programs through analysis of contract terms and conditions to asses business risks. This crucial role will be called upon to ensure coordination, communication, and adherence to budget and completion goals by project leaders.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline 
  • 5+ years of government compliance audits and training programs within the defense/aerospace industry 
  • Complete working knowledge and experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, and other U.S. Government/DOD Prime Contractor customer expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated success with people leadership abilities 
  • Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
